USPInterio is a Pune-based interior design practice. Residential, hospitality, commercial and landscape work, taken on a limited number of projects each year so each is led by a senior designer end to end.
Our story
USPInterio began with a simple frustration: most “luxury” interiors in India were just expensive materials thrown at empty rooms. We started the studio to design the opposite — spaces that hold up after the photoshoot ends, that age beautifully, and that respond to how clients actually live.
Today, our work spans Pune’s premium addresses — Baner, Senapati Bapat Road, Model Colony, Kothrud — and extends to weekend villas across Lonavala, Alibag and Goa. Hospitality clients trust us with boutique hotels and restaurant fit-outs that need both an editorial-grade interior and operationally elegant back-of-house.
We keep the studio deliberately small. Every project has a senior designer leading it, end to end. No junior-handover, no template mood boards, no pre-built “packages.” Just the work, done quietly and well.
